What do you need help with?

Plumbing Repairs

Repair work for the failures that stop a building from functioning — leaks, drips, low pressure, failed shutoffs and fixtures that will not hold.

Water where it should not be?

If water is actively running, find the fixture shutoff or the main and close it first. If water is reaching electrical panels, outlets or fixtures, shut off power to that area before anyone goes in. Then call us — an urgent situation should be a phone call, not a form.

Property management & multifamily

Plumbing and property maintenance support built for portfolios.

Most plumbing companies treat a property manager as a homeowner who happens to own several homes. Portfolios have different problems: entry notice, authorization limits, documentation, and a job that always has to be explained to somebody.

  • Unit-turn plumbing
  • Occupied-building repipes
  • Documented shutoff mapping
  • Water heater portfolio tracking
  • Recurring drain service
  • Approval limits confirmed in writing
  • Straight answers in writing before scheduling
  • Photo documentation on every job

Why RePlumbify

The parts of a plumbing job that usually go unsaid.

Diagnosis before a price

The same symptom can have a small cause or an expensive one. Quoting before diagnosis serves the contractor. We find the failure first, then price the fix.

The written scope is the agreement

You approve a scope and a price in writing before work starts. If a wall comes open and the situation changes, you get photos and a revised scope — not a surprise on the invoice.

We stay inside our license

Where a job needs another licensed trade — electrical, restoration, remediation — we identify it and stop. That is a legal boundary, and treating it as one protects you too.

Documentation you can hand to someone else

Photos of the failure and the finished work, written findings, and a per-property record. Owners, insurers and asset managers all eventually ask.

Scheduling that respects occupancy

Entry notice, restricted hours, business operations and water-shutdown windows belong in the plan, not in a phone call after the van is already outside.

How it works

Request → Confirm → Diagnose → Complete → Follow up

  1. Request

Tell us the property, the problem and when you would like us. Online, by phone, or through the property-manager intake.

  2. Confirm

Dispatch confirms an actual arrival window. A requested window is a proposal until we confirm it — we will not pretend otherwise.

  3. Diagnose

The technician finds the failure before quoting the repair, and tells you what it will take to reach it.

  4. Complete

You approve a written scope and price. The work is done to that scope, and nothing is added without a new approval.

  5. Follow up

You receive photo documentation of the failure and the finished work, and the record stays with the property.

Our work

Projects

Project photography goes here once we have images we own, of jobs we actually performed.

We would rather show you nothing than show you somebody else's stock photograph. Real project photography is being collected and will appear here. In the meantime, ask us whether we have done work like yours — you will get a straight answer either way.

Questions

Frequently asked

More on the FAQ page.

Can you give me a price before you come out?

For a genuinely standard item we can give you a range. For most calls, a phone quote would be a guess — the same symptom can have a very cheap cause or an expensive one. We diagnose first, then give you a written price to approve before any work starts.

Is the date and time I pick on the website confirmed?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. The date and arrival window you choose is a request. Dispatch reviews it against travel time, technician skills and the day's workload, and then confirms an actual window with you. You get a reference number as soon as your request is received.

What should I do before you arrive?

If water is running, close the fixture shutoff or the main. If water is reaching electrical panels, outlets or fixtures, shut off power to that area at the breaker before anyone goes in. Clear access to the affected area, and photograph anything that may dry or change before we get there.

How do I know what I am paying for?

You approve a written scope and price before work begins, and nothing is added to that scope without a new approval from you. If opening a wall reveals a condition that changes the job, you get photographs and a revised scope to approve — not a larger number on the invoice.

What work will you not do?

We perform plumbing work within our licensed classifications. Where a job requires another licensed trade — electrical, restoration, mould remediation, structural repair, or a specialty certification — we identify it and stop rather than working around it. That boundary protects you as much as it protects us.
